Terms of sale & use

Last updated 2 July 2026

These terms govern your purchase and use of beginr digital roadmaps. The seller is the entity named in our imprint. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms.

In plain words: You buy a digital research roadmap and a licence to use it for your own venture. We sell research and clarity — we do not and cannot guarantee that any idea will make money or that your business will succeed.

What you are buying

beginr sells digital research roadmaps: a ranked assessment of startup ideas matched to your profile, and detailed, sourced execution plans for the idea(s) you unlock. Roadmaps are delivered as an interactive web page and a downloadable PDF.

Licence to use

On payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased roadmap(s) for your own business and planning purposes. You may not resell, republish, redistribute, or sublicense the roadmaps, in whole or in part, without our written permission. We retain all intellectual-property rights in the roadmap content, templates, and methodology.

Full catalog pass

The full catalog pass is a one-off purchase that unlocks every roadmap published in the catalog at the time of your purchase, for 30 days from the purchase date. Roadmaps added to the catalog after your purchase are not included. It is not a subscription: nothing renews automatically and no further charges are ever made.

Custom (ad-hoc) idea roadmaps

If you purchase a roadmap for an idea you describe yourself (an ad-hoc roadmap), the delivered roadmap and all of its contents are fully yours. beginr claims no rights over your idea or over the ad-hoc roadmap generated from it.

Ad-hoc roadmaps are retained for 30 days after purchase so you can re-download or share your access link during that window. After 30 days the roadmap is permanently deleted from our systems. Like all beginr roadmaps, an ad-hoc roadmap is research and education, not professional advice.

No guarantee of results

We sell research and clarity, not guaranteed outcomes. A beginr roadmap is informational and educational. It is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Market conditions, execution, timing, and many factors outside our control determine whether a venture succeeds.

We make no warranty that any idea will be profitable, that figures, estimates, or projections will be achieved, or that the roadmap fits every circumstance. Figures we infer are labelled as estimates. You are responsible for your own decisions and for seeking independent professional advice where appropriate.

Delivery & access

Roadmaps are delivered digitally and made available immediately after successful payment, via your unlock link and email. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to keep your access links private.

Payment & pricing

Prices are shown at checkout in euros and may include or exclude VAT as indicated. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details. We may change prices for future purchases at any time without affecting orders already placed.

Refunds

Because roadmaps are digital goods delivered instantly, refunds are governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it before purchasing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a roadmap or its use is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the operating entity is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Questions about these terms? Email support@fynd.lu.
