Refund policy

Last updated 2 July 2026

beginr sells digital roadmaps that are delivered and accessible immediately after purchase. This policy explains when a refund is and is not available.

In plain words: Roadmaps unlock instantly, so once you've accessed a roadmap we generally can't offer a refund. If something genuinely went wrong — a duplicate charge, a broken or undelivered roadmap — email us and we'll make it right.

Digital goods, delivered instantly

A beginr roadmap is a digital product. The moment your payment succeeds, the roadmap is unlocked and available to view and download. Because the full value is delivered at that point and cannot be “returned,” we operate a no-refund-once-accessed policy for roadmaps you have opened, viewed, or downloaded.

EU consumer right of withdrawal

EU consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content supplied immediately, that right is lost once supply begins — but only where you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. We ask for that consent at checkout. Until you access a purchased roadmap, your statutory withdrawal right is unaffected and you may request cancellation.

Goodwill exceptions — when we will refund

We want you to feel the purchase was fair. We will refund (or re-issue) in good faith where:

  • you were charged more than once for the same order;
  • a roadmap failed to deliver or unlock and we could not fix it for you;
  • a roadmap you have not yet accessed is materially not as described;
  • a clear technical fault on our side prevented you from using what you paid for.

A roadmap not matching your expectations after you have read it — for example, you hoped for a different idea or outcome — is not on its own a ground for a refund, since the research and clarity have already been delivered.

How to request a refund

Email support@fynd.lu with your order email and what went wrong. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

This policy does not limit your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU and national law.
