A monthly review-mining service can sell as a done-for-you decision layer to ecommerce operators who already pay for voice-of-customer tools but never act on what those tools tell them.

There's a real buying pattern around review and feedback tools. But most of the market evidence here is about unrelated mining industries, not review analytics. So treat the commercial case as an estimate you build, not a proven number.
